Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MedicoHelp. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform, including all content, features, and services available at medicohelpwebsite.pages.dev.
By accessing or using MedicoHelp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
The Platform is intended for MBBS students, postgraduate medical aspirants, and healthcare professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your unique MH-ID (e.g. MH-AB3D7E) is your in-platform identifier. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us at docakshaythakur@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Certain features are available only to Premium subscribers. Premium access is granted by the administrator using your MH-ID. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be published in full before any payment is required. Unauthorised sharing of a premium account constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
You agree not to: (a) reproduce or redistribute MedicoHelp content (MCQs, notes, images) without written permission; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download platform data; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity; (e) attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.
All content on the Platform — including MCQs, notes, clinical algorithms, generated text, images, and code — is owned by MedicoHelp or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Educational content derived from publicly available medical knowledge is presented for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
MedicoHelp is an educational tool for exam preparation only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical information is curated for examination purposes and may not reflect the most current clinical guidelines. Always defer to qualified medical professionals for patient care decisions.
XP, coins, trophies, ranks, and other in-platform virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real-world currency or goods. We reserve the right to modify or reset gamification data as part of platform updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicoHelp and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to exam outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by emailing docakshaythakur@gmail.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), and applicable rules thereunder. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We may revise these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
