Post-Operative Day 3 Fever
MediumClinical Presentation
A 45-year-old male underwent an emergency open appendectomy for perforated appendicitis 3 days ago. Now he has a temperature of 102°F, HR 105, BP 100/65. He complains of right lower quadrant pain. Wound appears erythematous with purulent discharge.
